Just the two of us a veteran-owned duo with a blend of creativity, strategy, tech, and lived experience that somehow just works.

Hey, I’m Nicole your new favorite designer friend… who also happens to rebuild brands, clarify visions, and help business owners feel proud to show up online.
I create branding, websites, and digital ecosystems that feel bold, intentional, and true to who you are. My goal? To help you build a business you’re proud to show up for not just something “pretty,” but something that actually works.
I’ve done close to 400 brand clarity calls, supported clients for 17+ years, and worked on projects I never imagined would land in my world.
I’ve lived every version of entrepreneurship from being in the top 1% of a major sales force while working 40+ hours a week… to setting up pop-up tents at vendor fairs, praying sales would cover the day… to now teaching people exactly how to make in-person events actually work.
Somewhere in all of that, I realized my true passion:
helping people turn their ideas into real, sustainable businesses. Watching someone’s confidence shift and their “American dream” become their real life? I’ll never get tired of that.

My journey hasn’t been pretty or perfect. I’ve rebuilt from divorce, heartbreak, collapse, and opportunities that fell apart overnight. And still I kept going.
Because I learned the truth early:
When you build something sustainable of your own, no one can take it away. In 2025, I bought my first home and it’s paid off. A full-circle moment that reminded me the universe always has my back. Thank you, more please.
Today, I’m mom to four incredible kids (two with autism), loving being a young grandma, running a business while being 90% pacemaker-powered, and showing up with more gratitude than I can explain.

The Sytems King
Hey, I’m Kristof the Tech King who turns your chaos into clean, automated systems that actually work.
I’ve always been wired to build things ideas, systems, solutions, opportunities. Not because I had to, but because it’s the way my mind works. I see potential where most people see roadblocks, and turning that potential into something real has always been the way I move through the world.
I grew up in Belgium, moved to the U.S. as a teenager, and eventually found myself in Colorado. That’s where I served in the U.S. Army an experience that taught me discipline, integrity, and how to stay level-headed when everything around you gets loud. Those lessons stuck with me, and I carry them through every part of my life and business today.
Even back then, I didn’t like limitations.
So instead of following a traditional path, I took risks most people wouldn’t take. One of my earliest ventures was creating one of the first specialty party bus concepts in Colorado a business with no playbook, strict regulations, and zero room for shortcuts.
I had to build everything from scratch, figure out the rules as I went, and innovate in a space that didn’t exist yet.
That chapter made one thing clear:
I’m not afraid to build what doesn’t exist. I’m not afraid of challenges. And I’m definitely not afraid to bet on myself.
Life brought me from Colorado to Florida, then eventually to Arizona, with every move adding new layers to how I lead, how I solve problems, and how I support others.
I’ll clean up what’s broken, automate what’s heavy, streamline what’s messy, and make your business run smoother than it ever has before. My goal is simple:
give you systems strong enough to hold your American dream
today and years from now.
I spent over 20 years in healthcare operations and business growth the kind of roles where people depended on me to keep systems running, manage teams, and fix the problems no one else wanted to touch.
I became the person who could walk into chaos, digest everything quickly, find clarity, and rebuild the structure stronger than it was before. And that became my gift not the loud kind of leadership, but the steady kind.
Everything shifted again when I met Nicole on TikTok.
Two different states, three-hour time difference, both of us on our own paths but somehow aligned in purpose, work ethic, and the insane drive to help people build businesses that change their lives. We spent six months building something real without ever standing in the same room. It shouldn’t have worked, but it did
and it set the foundation for everything we’re creating now.
Eventually, I made the biggest decision of my life:
I walked away from the security of a full-time job at the V.A. Hospital to help build American Dreams Marketing full-time. It was a risk, but it was the right one. I knew I was meant for something bigger than clocking in and out. I wanted to build a future for my family, for myself, and for the clients who trust us with their dreams.
I’m self-taught, intuitive, constantly learning, and always thinking about how to make things better. I don’t look for shortcuts I build things the right way, the strong way, the way that lasts.
I’m a dad to three incredible kids.
A man who finds peace fishing before sunrise.
Someone who runs on coffee and purpose.
A veteran who leads with loyalty and accountability.
And a builder who refuses to live inside limitations

All of these little pieces the chaos, the kids, the travel, the heart, the past lives, the wild stories shape how we work and

Kristof is the kind of guy who finds peace anywhere there’s water. If he’s got a fishing pole in his hand, the world makes sense again.
Nicole’s peace lives in the kitchen. Cooking is how she loves people it’s grounding, creative, and her favorite way to slow down.
We actually met on TikTok, which still cracks us up. Two people from opposite sides of the country… somehow building a whole life and business out of one random connection.
For the first six months we worked together, we were living on a three-hour time difference.
Lots of late-night planning, early-morning calls, and dreaming way bigger than we probably should’ve at that hour.Nicole doesn’t really sleep. At this point it’s just part of her personality.
And Kristof? He genuinely can’t function without coffee. Like… at all.
Between us, we have seven incredible kids. Nicole has four Kristof has three.
This isn’t just our business it’s part of the legacy we’re building for them.
We’ve both owned multiple businesses before this one, so we understand the highs, lows, pivots, risks,
and “omg what am I even doing?” moments.
The ocean is our shared reset button. Salt air fixes things hard conversations can’t.
Kristof moved from Arizona to New Jersey, but he originally grew up in Belgium which explains the charm, the perspective, and the accent that sneaks out sometimes.
He’s also an Army veteran, and his loyalty, grit, and leadership show in everything he does.
Nicole is a grandma, even though nobody ever believes her which she loves.
And here’s the plot twist: Nicole is literally battery-powered.
She’s 90% pacemaker-dependent and somehow has more energy than everyone else combined.We love to travel, especially when it means meeting clients in person, seeing their world, and building deeper connection.
