A Veteran's Mission: Discipline, Systems, and Results
Decloedt served in the Colorado Army National Guard as both an 11B Infantry soldier and 92Y Unit Supply Specialist, developing the operational discipline and logistics mindset that now drives the agency's systems-first approach to marketing. He later served as a federal technician managing medical records before pursuing education full-time, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Colorado Technical University in 2021.
His background as a Belgian-American immigrant, military veteran, and self-made entrepreneur informs both the name and mission of the agency. American Dreams Marketing is registered as a veteran-owned small business and operates as a foreign entity in Kentucky, originally formed in New Jersey in January 2025.
